Courtyard meeting: At the courtyard meeting held on November 08.11.2022. 3 no ward, Jantrail union under Nawabganj Upazila, Ms. Mayesha (House wife) said that If everything was so simple, there would be no problem, I knew about Legal Aid issue, you held a meeting earlier and I got the helpline 16430 number of the Legal Aid office through my sister. I had a family problem. I called the 16430 helpline number. They don't want to give time, they don't listen properly, just say you are at a legal aid office and go there your words will be listened to. Later, I went to the legal aid office, after sitting there for 2 hours, they called me and said that they did not listen to me properly and asked me to go there again with some legal documents. I didn't like the way the people at the Legal Aid Office talked, so I didn't take the documents to go to the Legal aid office again, Dhaka.
